ให้ยกเลิกพระราชบัญญัติสภาที่ปรึกษาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ และพระราชบัญญัติสภาที่ปรึกษาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ ยกเว้นมาตรา ๒๗ และมาตรา ๒๗/๒ ให้ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับต่อไปจนกว่าจะมีกฎหมายอื่นใดบัญญัติไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น หรือนายกรัฐมนตรีมีคำสั่งเป็นอย่างอื่น
