ให้ผู้มีอำนาจในการออกอาชญาบัตร ประทานบัตร และใบอนุญาตประกอบโลหกรรม ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยแร่ ระงับการอนุญาตให้สำรวจและทำเหมืองแร่ทองคำ รวมถึงการต่ออายุประทาน บัตรเหมืองแร่ทองคำและการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตประกอบโลหกรรมแร่ทองคำไว้จนกว่าคณะกรรมการ จะมีมติเป็นอย่างอื่น
