ในบริเวณที่มีระดับเสียงเกินมาตรฐานที่กำหนดในข้อ ๗ หรือข้อ ๘ นายจ้างต้อง จัดให้มีเครื่องหมายเตือนให้ใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลติดไว้ให้ลูกจ้างเห็นได้โดยชัดเจน
