ให้มีคณะกรรมการคณะหนึ่ง เรียกว่า “คณะกรรมการบริหารกองทุนส่งเสริม การประกันภัยพิบัติ” ประกอบด้วย ประธานกรรมการซึ่งคณะรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้ง ปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลัง เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจ ประกันภัย และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งคณะรัฐมนตรีแต่งตั้งอีกจำนวนไม่เกินสี่คน เป็นกรรมการ เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๐ ก ให้ปลัดกระทรวงการคลังแต่งตั้งข้าราชการในกระทรวงการคลังคนหนึ่งเป็นเลขานุการ และอีกไม่เกินสองคนเป็นผู้ช่วยเลขานุการ
