การจัดเก็บข้อมูลพิสูจน์ตัวบุคคลตามข้อ ๓
(๑) ให้เริ่มดำเนินการสำหรับแรงงาน ต่างด้าวในภาคประมงและโรงงานแปรรูปสัตว์น้ำใน ๒๒ จังหวัดที่มีพื้นที่ติดทะเล โดยให้ดำเนินการ ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ ๓๑ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ คณะกรรมการอาจประกาศพื้นที่เพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจาก ๒๒ จังหวัดที่มีพื้นที่ติดทะเลได้ โดยความเห็นชอบของคณะรัฐมนตรี
