ให้ทางน้ำชลประทานห้วยแม่สาย จากศูนย์กลางฝายท่าช้าง กิโลเมตรที่ ๐.๐๐๐ ในท้องที่ตำบลป่าแดง อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ ไปทางเหนือน้ำถึงกิโลเมตรที่ ๐.๒๐๐ ในท้องที่ ตำบลป่าแดง อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ ไปทางท้ายน้ำถึงกิโลเมตรที่ ๐.๒๐๐ ในท้องที่ตำบลช่อแฮ อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ ตามแนวเขตแผนที่ท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ เป็นทางน้ำชลประทานที่จะเรียกเก็บ ค่าชลประทาน เล่ม ๑๒๗ ตอนที่ ๗๙ ก
