Preamble

กฎกระทรวง การจ่ายเงินชดเชยกรณีที่ได้รับผลประโยชน์ น้อยกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินฝากประจำของธนาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๔๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ กองทุนการออมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
