ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม ๕๕ ตอนที่ ๕๐ หน้า ๓๓) ๑๑ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๒๑ พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๒๕ เมษายน ป.ร. พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๑ เป็นปีที่ ๓๓ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มพระบรม ราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่อำเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งธรรมนูญการปกครอง ราชอาณาจักร พุทธศักราช ๒๕๒๐ และมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม พ.ศ.๒๕๑๔ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ดังต่อไปนี้
