Preamble

กฎกระทรวง จัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๐ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงจัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐
