กฎกระทรวง กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขในการประกาศเผยแพร่ผลคำวินิจฉัย เกี่ยวกับการพิจารณามาตรการปกป้อง พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔และมาตรา ๔๐ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรการ ปกป้องจากการนำเข้าสินค้าที่เพิ่มขึ้น พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการ เกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๔๓ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติ แห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
