กฎกระทรวง กำหนดมาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตรสำหรับ กระบวนการรมผลไม้สดด้วยก๊าซซัลเฟอร์ไดออกไซด์เป็นมาตรฐานบังคับ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๕ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ มาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
