ให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยาเร่งรัดกระบวนการพิจารณาอนุญาต ผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพให้แล้วเสร็จโดยเร็ว ทั้งนี้ ระยะเวลาในกระบวนการพิจารณาอนุญาตผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ ต้องไม่เกินกำหนดระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือสำหรับประชาชน รวมทั้งการแจ้งต่อผู้ยื่นคำขอ ต้องเป็นไปตาม พระราชบัญญัติการอำนวยความสะดวกในการพิจารณาอนุญาตของทางราชการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘
