ฉบับพิเศษ เล่ม ตอนที่ ๑๑๐ ๒๑๖ หน้า ๑๖ ๒๑ ธันวากม ๒๕๓๖ พระราชกฤษฎีกา กำหนดเขตที่ดิน ในท้องที่ตำบลดุสิต และตำบลถ้ำพรรณรา กิ่งอำเภอถ้ำพรรณรา อำเภอฉวาง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน พ.ศ.๒๕๓๖ ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๒๕พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๖ เป็นปีที่ ๔๘ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าๆ ให้ ประกาศว่า ในท้องที่ตำบลดุสิต และตำบลถพรรณรา ถ้ำพรรณรา อำเภอฉวาง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ให้เป็นเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดเขตที่ดิน อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๒๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย กิ่งอำเภอ และมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๘ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ วรรคหนึ่ง
