ในกรณีที่ความตกลงเพื่อระงับการทุ่มตลาดหรือการอุดหนุนสิ้นสุดลง เนื่องจากมี การฝ่าฝืนหรือยกเลิกความตกลงดังกล่าว ให้ประกาศรายละเอียดข้อเท็จจริงและข้อกฎหมายซึ่งเป็นเหตุ ที่ทำให้ความตกลงสิ้นสุดลง
