Preamble

กฎกระทรวง จัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงจัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘
