Preamble

กฎกระทรวง จัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๗ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงจัดตั้งส่วนราชการในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘
