ค่าธรรมเนียมการตรวจสอบและการให้คำรับรองชั้นแรกสำหรับตุ้มน้ำหนัก ให้เรียกเก็บ ตามอัตรา ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) น้ำหนักไม่เกิน ๕๐๐ มิลลิกรัม ตุ้มละ ๕ บาท

(๒) น้ำหนักตั้งแต่ ๑ กรัม ถึง ๕๐๐ กรัม ตุ้มละ ๑๐ บาท

(๓) น้ำหนักตั้งแต่ ๑ กิโลกรัม ถึง ๑๐ กิโลกรัม ตุ้มละ ๒๐ บาท

(๔) น้ำหนักตั้งแต่ ๒๐ กิโลกรัม ถึง ๕๐ กิโลกรัม ตุ้มละ ๕๐ บาท

(๕) น้ำหนักเกิน ๕๐ กิโลกรัม แต่ไม่เกิน ๕๐๐ กิโลกรัม ตุ้มละ ๑๐๐ บาท

(๖) น้ำหนักเกิน ๕๐๐ กิโลกรัม ตุ้มละ ๒๐๐ บาท เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๒๒ ก
