Section ๔
การอนุญาตให้ส่งหรือนำซากดึกดำบรรพ์ตามข้อ ๓ (๑) หรือ
(๒) ออกนอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องเป็นการส่งหรือนำออกนอกราชอาณาจักรเพื่อการศึกษาวิจัย การเผยแพร่ การประกอบ หรือการซ่อมแซม เท่านั้น
