ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๑๕๑ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่กิ่งอำเภอดอนตาล และอำเภอมุกดาหาร จังหวัดนครพนม เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบ อาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
