บรรดารายได้ของสำนักงานไม่เป็นรายได้ที่ต้องนำส่งกระทรวงการคลังตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยเงินคงคลัง และกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีการงบประมาณ ในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็นหรือสมควร สำนักงานโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมการอาจนำ รายได้ของสำนักงานในจำนวนที่เห็นสมควรส่งกระทรวงการคลังเพื่อเป็นรายได้แผ่นดิน เล่ม ๑๒๖ ตอนที่ ๖๓ ก
