Section ๑๐

ในกรณีที่หน่วยงานของรัฐได้รับการติดต่อสอบถาม ข้อเสนอแนะ หรือแสดง ความคิดเห็นเป็นหนังสือจากประชาชน หรือจากหน่วยงานของรัฐด้วยกัน เกี่ยวกับงานบริการหรือการอนุญาต ที่อยู่ในหน้าที่และอำนาจของหน่วยงานของรัฐนั้น ให้เป็นหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานของรัฐนั้นที่จะต้องตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูล หรือแจ้งผลการดำเนินการให้บุคคลดังกล่าวทราบภายในสิบห้าวัน
