เล่ม ตอนที่ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ราชเอง พระราชกฤษฎีกา จัดตั้งเทศบาลเมืองศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ป.ร. ให้ไว้ วันที่ เป็นปีที่ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรจัดตั้งเทศบาลเมืองโดยเปลี่ยนแปลงฐานะเทศบาลตำบลศรีราชา อำเภอ ศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นเทศบาลเมืองศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ พุทธศักราช วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเทศบาล จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกา ขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้เรียกว่า พระราชกฤษฎีกำจัดตั้งเทศบาลเมืองศรีราชา ชลบุรี มาตรา พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป ให้เปลี่ยนแปลงฐานะเทศบาลตำบลศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นเทศบาล เมืองมีชื่อว่า เทศบาลเมืองศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี
