เมื่อคณะกรรมการพิจารณาอนุมัติโครงการที่สมควรได้รับการจัดสรรเงินกองทุน ให้สำนักงานทำสัญญาเป็นหนังสือกับผู้ได้รับการจัดสรรเงินกองทุนตามแบบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด การพิจารณาอนุมัติโครงการของคณะกรรมการให้เป็นที่สุด และหากปรากฏหลักฐาน ในภายหลังว่า ผู้ได้รับการจัดสรรเงินกองทุนไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญา ให้คณะกรรมการเพิกถอนการอนุมัติ โครงการและเรียกเงินกองทุนที่ผู้ได้รับการจัดสรรเงินกองทุนได้รับการจัดสรรไปแล้วคืนได้ เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๑๒ ก
