กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตราและเงื่อนไขการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการค้ำประกัน ของกระทรวงการคลัง พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ และมาตรา ๓๐ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการบริหารหนี้ สาธารณะ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
