กฎกระทรวง การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๕ และ มาตรา ๔๗ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
