ให้ผู้ อำนวยการสำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกำจัดตั้งสำนักงานรัฐบาลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่ง อยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ใช้บังคับ เป็นผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล (องค์การมหาชน) ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้ และให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไปจนกว่าสัญญาจ้างผู้อำนวยการดังกล่าว จะสิ้นสุดลง การนับวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งของผู้อำนวยการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้นับต่อเนื่องกับการนับวาระ ตามพระราชกฤษฎีกานี้
