ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๖ ฉบับละ ๓,๐๐๐ บาท
(๒) ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๐ ฉบับละ ๓,๐๐๐ บาท
(๓) ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๑ ฉบับละ ๓,๐๐๐ บาท
(๔) ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๔ ฉบับละ ๑,๕๐๐ บาท
(๕) ใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๒๕ ฉบับละ ๑,๕๐๐ บาท
(๖) ใบแทนใบอนุญาต ฉบับละ ๓๐๐ บาท เล่ม ๑๒๒ ตอนที่ ๑๑๖ ก
