เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๓๙ ก หนา้ ๓ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมสำยไฟฟ้ำหุ้มฉนวนพอลิไวนิลคลอไรด์ แรงดันไฟฟ้ำที่กำหนดไม่เกิน ๔๕๐/๗๕๐ โวลต์ : สำยไฟฟ้ำมีเปลือกสำหรับงำนทั่วไป ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ มำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
