เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๓๒ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมภำชนะและเครื่องใช้ เมลำมีน - ฟอร์แมลดีไฮด์ ยูเรีย - ฟอร์แมลดีไฮด์ และเมลำมีน- ยูเรีย - ฟอร์แมลดีไฮด์ สำหรับอำหำร : เฉพำะด้ำนควำมปลอดภัย ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา 17 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ 8) พ.ศ. ๒๕62 และมาตรา 58 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ 7) พ.ศ. ๒๕58 รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
