บรรดาคดีที่เกิดจากข้อพิพาทระหว่างเจ้าของเรือกับแรงงานประมง หรือ ทายาทหรือระหว่างบุคคลดังกล่าวกับเจ้าหน้าที่หรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ อันเกี่ยวกับสิทธิหรือหน้าที่ ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลแรงงาน
