ข้าราชการตำรวจออกจากราชการเมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) พ้นจากราชการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ
(๓) ได้รับอนุญาตให้ลาออกหรือการลาออกมีผลตามมาตรา ๑๓๕
(๔) ถูกสั่งให้ออกตามมาตรา ๗๕ มาตรา ๑๓๑ มาตรา ๑๓๔ มาตรา ๑๓๖ มาตรา ๑๓๗ มาตรา ๑๓๘ หรือมาตรา ๑๓๙
(๕) ถูกสั่งลงโทษปลดออกหรือไล่ออก วันออกจากราชการตาม (๔) และ
(๕) ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในระเบียบ ก.ตร. การออกจากราชการของข้าราชการตำรวจเฉพาะผู้ที่ต้องรับราชการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วย การรับราชการทหาร ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการนั้น
