การแต่งตั้งข้าราชการตำรวจเลื่อนตำแหน่งสูงขึ้นตามมาตรา ๗๗
(๗) ลงมา ในส่วนราชการตามมาตรา ๑๑ (๑) และ
(๒) ให้พิจารณาแต่งตั้งได้เฉพาะผู้ที่ดำรงตำแหน่ง ในส่วนราชการนั้น
