ให้สำนักเลขานุการได้รับการยกเว้น ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลสำหรับรายได้จากการดำเนินงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสำนักเลขานุการ ตามความตกลง ทั้งนี้ ตามที่ประมวลรัษฎากรกำหนด
(๒) อากรตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยพิกัดอัตราศุลกากรสำหรับข้าวที่นำเข้าเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินงาน ตามความตกลง
