ในกรณีที่มีการทำข้อตกลงจากการดำเนินการเพื่อสร้างความยุติธรรมเชิงสมานฉันท์ ให้พนักงานคุมประพฤติเสนอข้อตกลงดังกล่าวให้ศาล หรือเจ้าพนักงานผู้มีอำนาจทราบ หากศาลหรือเจ้าพนักงาน ผู้มีอำนาจเห็นสมควร อาจพิจารณากำหนดให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเงื่อนไขการคุมความประพฤติก็ได้
