Section ๔๑

ให้พนักงานคุมประพฤติให้การสงเคราะห์ตามควรแก่กรณีแก่บุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) ผู้ถูกสืบเสาะและพินิจ เล่ม ๑๓๓ ตอนที่ ๘๘ ก

(๒) ผู้ถูกคุมความประพฤติหรือผู้พ้นจากการคุมความประพฤติ

(๓) ผู้อยู่ระหว่างการตรวจพิสูจน์และการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติดหรือผู้ผ่านการฟื้นฟู สมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติด

(๔) ผู้อยู่ระหว่างการทำงานบริการสังคมหรือสาธารณประโยชน์แทนค่าปรับ

(๕) ผู้ได้รับการปล่อยตัวเมื่อพ้นโทษหรือได้รับพระราชทานอภัยโทษ

(๖) เด็กหรือเยาวชนที่ได้รับการปล่อยตัวพ้นจากการฝึกอบรมครบตามคำพิพากษาแล้ว

(๗) ผู้พ้นจากการถูกกักขังแทนค่าปรับหรือผู้พ้นจากการทำงานบริการสังคมหรือสาธารณประโยชน์ แทนค่าปรับ

(๘) บุคคลอื่นตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
