Section ๔๕
ให้อาสาสมัครคุมประพฤติและภาคประชาชนมีบทบาทในการให้การสงเคราะห์ รวมถึงการแก้ไขฟื้นฟูผู้กระทำผิด ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของพนักงานคุมประพฤติ ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรี กำหนด ให้อาสาสมัครคุมประพฤติได้รับค่าตอบแทนตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด โดยได้รับความเห็นชอบ จากกระทรวงการคลัง เล่ม ๑๓๓ ตอนที่ ๘๘ ก
