สัญญาซื้อขายที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรมหรือที่อยู่อาศัยที่มีเงื่อนไขจะขายคืน มีคำมั่นว่าจะขาย หรือมีสัญญาจะขายคืน หรือเงื่อนไขอื่นในทำนองเดียวกัน ให้ถือว่าเป็นสัญญาขายฝาก ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ และตกอยู่ภายใต้บังคับแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้
