ให้ดำเนินการเพื่อให้มีคณะกรรมการกำกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครอง ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้มีการแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการ และกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตามมาตรา ๙๑ ให้ดำเนินการแต่งตั้งเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันที่จัดตั้งสำนักงานแล้วเสร็จตามมาตรา ๙๓
