ให้จัดตั้งศาลจังหวัดขึ้นที่อำเภอเวียงสระ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เรียกว่า “ศาลจังหวัด เวียงสระ” และจะเปิดทำการเมื่อใด ให้ประกาศโดยพระราชกฤษฎีกา เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก
