ให้ศาลจังหวัดหัวหินมีเขตตลอดท้องที่อำเภอหัวหิน อำเภอปราณบุรี และ อำเภอสามร้อยยอด ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดหัวหินตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาที่ออกตามมาตรา ๓ ให้ศาลจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์มีเขตอำนาจตลอดถึงเขตศาลจังหวัดหัวหินด้วย บรรดาคดีของเขตท้องที่อำเภอที่ระบุในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในวันเปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดหัวหินตามมาตรา ๓ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาในศาลจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
