ให้ศาลจังหวัดฮอดมีเขตตลอดท้องที่อำเภอฮอด อำเภอจอมทอง อำเภอดอยเต่า อำเภออมก๋อย และอำเภอแม่แจ่มยกเว้นตำบลแจ่มหลวง ตำบลบ้านจันทร์ ตำบลแม่แดด ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดฮอดตามพระราชกฤษฎีกาที่ออกตามมาตรา ๓ ให้ศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีเขตอำนาจตลอดถึงเขตศาลจังหวัดฮอดด้วย บรรดาคดีของเขตท้องที่อำเภอที่ระบุในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในวันเปิดทำการศาลจังหวัดฮอดตามมาตรา ๓ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาในศาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่
