ภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีงบประมาณของทุกปี ให้สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวง เกษตรและสหกรณ์จัดทำงบการเงินของกองทุนส่งให้สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินตรวจสอบ ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์เสนองบการเงินของกองทุนและผลการตรวจสอบ ตามวรรคหนึ่งต่อคณะรัฐมนตรีเพื่อนำเสนอสภาผู้แทนราษฎรและวุฒิสภาเพื่อทราบ
