(๒) งานจ้างที่มีที่ปรึกษาในงานที่จะจ้างนั้นจำนวนจำกัดและมีวงเงินค่าจ้างครั้งหนึ่งไม่เกิน ๕,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท
