ให้ยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและประกาศคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา ทุกฉบับที่เกี่ยวกับกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ แนวทางการปฏิบัติตามกรอบ มาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ และมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิในสาขาหรือสาขาวิชา ทั้งนี้ ไม่ว่า ในระดับใด สาขาใด หรือสาขาวิชาใด
