คณะกรรมการอาจออกประกาศหรือแนวปฏิบัติอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐาน หลักสูตรการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษานี้ได้ การออกประกาศหรือแนวปฏิบัติตามวรรคหนึ่ง ต้องคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างหลากหลาย ของประเภทและกลุ่มของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการอุดมศึกษา
