เพื่อประโยชน์ในการบริหารกองทุนและการติดตามการชำระเงินคืนกองทุน ให้กองทุน ขอข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้กู้ยืมเงินจากหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน หรือบุคคลใดซึ่งเป็น ผู้ครอบครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้กู้ยืมเงินได้เท่าที่จำเป็น โดยทำเป็นหนังสือถึงหน่วยงานหรือ องค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน หรือบุคคลใดซึ่งครอบครองข้อมูลดังกล่าว เลม่ ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๘๑ ก หนา้ ๒
