ให้ประธานศาลรัฐธรรมนูญและตุลาการศาลรัฐธรรมนูญมีสิทธิได้รับประโยชน์ ตอบแทนอื่น ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) การประกันสุขภาพ
(๒) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง เลม่ ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๑๑๒ ก หนา้ ๑๙ หลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการจ่ายเงิน วิธีการเบิกจ่าย และอัตราค่าประกันสุขภาพ และค่าใช้จ่าย ในการเดินทางตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญกำหนด ระเบียบตามวรรคสองเมื่อได้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาแล้วให้ใช้บังคับได้
