การปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการภาษีอากร การทะเบียน และการอื่น ๆ ซึ่งปฏิบัติอยู่ใน อำเภอตามมาตรา ๓ ให้ดำเนินการเช่นเดิมไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีคำสั่งเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่วนรายได้ ที่เก็บได้จากอำเภอตามมาตรา ๓ ตั้งแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้จัดส่งทางจังหวัดบึงกาฬ
