เมื่อสำนักงานที่ดินได้รับจดทะเบียนอาคารชุดตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยอาคาร ชุดใดแล้ว ให้สำนักงานที่ดินผู้รับจดทะเบียนอาคารชุดส่งเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการจดทะเบียนอาคารชุดนั้น ตามที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด ให้คณะกรรมการประจำจังหวัดที่อาคารชุดนั้นตั้งอยู่ เพื่อกำหนดราคา ประเมินห้องชุดและจัดทำบัญชีราคาประเมินห้องชุดในอาคารชุดดังกล่าว เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๖๘ ก หนา้ ๒๘ การกำหนดราคาประเมินและการจัดทำบัญชีราคาประเมินตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
