บรรดากฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือประกาศ เกี่ยวกับการกำหนด ราคาประเมินทุนทรัพย์ของอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมจดทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรม ตามประมวลกฎหมายที่ดิน ซึ่งยังคงใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ใช้บังคับได้ ต่อไป จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวง ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือประกาศ ที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
